	We ship using UPS 3-day nationwide service to ensure the cheese arrives in excellent, happy condition (we won't let our cheese languish in a truck for 4 or 5 days on its way to you).  Deliveries closest to Vermont will probably see the package the next day or 2nd day!  Shipping costs are determined by the state of delivery at checkout. Overnight and other special shipping options are available if you need 'em !
